To use the T&S Innovations data management system a license is required.

Your own data management system
With a license you will have your own data management system, with your own DMS name and when required with your own URL, e.g. Many settings as text and color settings, images can be tailored. You can start defining studies and e.g. invite, via the system, others for data entry. You monitor the inclusion and data entry and, when needed, automatically send reminders to users that they have to complete certain data etc. You can generate reports and download data for statistical analysis. etc.

  • No limitations
    For all licenses all features of the data management system are always available.
  • Upgrade, downgrade
    At any moment an up- or downgrade of a license is possible without additional costs.
  • The START license
    To start using the DMS. 
  • Larger licenses
    For 5 or more studies the BRONZE, SILVER and GOLD licenses are even more cost efficient. These are based on a maximum number of studies for a fixed price. 
  • CUSTOM license
    Quotation based CUSTOM license for special cases.
  • Randomise
    Sometimes an other data management system is already available e.g. on paper. For randomisation of patients in e.g. a multi-center or multi-user study a RANDOMISE license is available.
  • Email support
    Email support is included in all licenses completely for FREE. At any time licensees can ask questions, post comments, post requests etc. We support you to make also your data management successful.
  • Data management support
    T&S Innovations can provide additional support for designing studies (e.g. eCRF’s development), monitoring studies or analysis of collected data; e.g. statistical analysis.
  • Additional features
    We are FLEXIBLE. This is a key feature of our unique concept. Whenever you have wishes, for example for additional features, new data entry fields etc. please inform us. In most cases we can implement this without any additional costs.
